How to: Convert older PowerPoint file to PowerPoint 7.0 format.
Solution:
Open the PowerPoint 4.0 presentation in 7.0, and save it in PowerPoint 7.0 format.
1) Open the presentation in PowerPoint 7.0.
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As'. (The File Save dialog box appears.)
3) Type the desired filename in the 'File name' box.
4) Select 'Presentations (*.ppt)' from the 'Save as type' drop-down list box.

5) Click 'Save'.
